Let's Join Hands To END Poverty NOW!

2015 is the year of ACTION. #action2015

Ensuring that leaders take ambitious decisions to reduce poverty and inequality and, protect our planet this year is everyone’s responsibility.

Climate change affects all countries today but Africa is one of the most vulnerable continents to climate change and climate vulnerability. Climate change is a serious threat to efforts at poverty eradication, and sustainable development in Africa particularly in Nigeria because the country has large rural population directly depending on climate sensitive economic and development sectors (agriculture and fisheries). As a result of harsh weather conditions, diseases including tuberculosis have been on the increase. It is time to address this important issue.

Climate change is everyone's business.
